In addition to the note of AEE, it is submitted that the total area of the plots (including EWS), community centre, mandir and other utilities as per the approved layout plan of the residential colony is 59493.85 sq. m. Considering maximum FAR as 2.1:1 as per building byelaws of Department of Housing & Urban Development, therefore the maximum built up area of the project can be 2.1 x 59493.85 sq. m. i.e. 1,24,937 sq. m. i.e. the project is not covered under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.
As such, recommended for grant of fresh CTE to the project for its establishment for a period of one year, subject to suitable conditions please.
