The industry has submitted Proposed Site Plan approved by Competent person approved by Director of Factories, Lease deed, Project Report and DTP Letter no. 1116 dated 10/12/2025 relevant part of which is reproduced as under:-
"The site falls in Industrial Zone of Notified Master Plan, Kotkapura. The applicant has uploaded categories of industries issued by PPCB in which the industry of Manufacturing of Detergent Powder is Green Category Industry, which is permissible in the Industrial Zone as per Unified Zoning Regulation-2018 notified vide Endst. no. 6515-41 CTP(PB)/SP-135 dated 18-10-2018. ……………"
As per proposal of the, there will be only generation of domestic effluent @0.80 KLD and same will be disposed onto land for planation after passing through septic tank. The Industry has not proposed installation of any D.G. set in the industry…………
Fees details: As per the submitted project report total investment in the project will be Rs 117.30 lacs. The industry has submitted CTE Fee Rs. 6400/- vide UTR 501704515 dated 19.12.2025, which is adequate for 01-year.
The site of project was visited by officer of RO on 24.12.2025 and it was observed that the proposed site was found to be vacant without any boundary wall and no construction had commenced at site.
May if approved, CTE/NOC may be granted to industry in the name of M/s Vaam Enterprises situated at Deviwala-Moga Road, Kotkapura, Faridkot bearing bearing Khasra No. 179//8/1(2-2), 13/1(4-9), 13/2min(1-11.5), 14/2min(0-9.5) with validity of 1 year subject to usual condition along with special conditions as under:-
1. The industry shall not generate any trade effluent/emissions from its processes.
2. The industry shall not commission/start the operations of the industry without obtaining prior Consent to operate (CTO) from PPCB under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
3. This consent to establish is issued from pollution angle only and the project proponent shall obtain the statutory clearances / permissions from the other concerned departments, as required……………..
