It is submitted that the the industry has submitted the undertaking dt 22.12.2025 i nwhich it has submitted the details of machinery along with calculation with comes out to be around 48 KLD , however , it has been not been commented upon whether the machinery is softflow or only washing machines are there ,.Also RO has not verified the same . The capacity of ETP and its adequacy can be adjudged only after the verification of amchines available at the unit and its productuion capacity.The case is already one and half month old ........
May if approved, the RO be asked to return the application and ask the unit to reapply with actual discharge ,ETP adequacy ,machinery details ......and Ro shall process the application as per the points mentioned by the Worthy CEE in addition to general checking of compliance please.
