The agenda note sent by RO has been perused and it has been noted that the construction has been started in Jan 2025 and adequacy of consent fee has been mentioned to be one year which means it may be adequate upto 01.01.2026. Thus, the PP is required to deposit the CTE fee for another one year.
Further, the industry was issued SCN for refusal of CTE vide letter no. 1587 dated 13.11.2025 in the CTE application earlier applied by the industry due to reasons mentioned therein (copy enclosed). But neither the said application exist in the view previous application tab as the same might have been deleted by the applicant as per the new facility given to the PP in OCMMS portal recently nor the RO has given any compliance of the same while processing the new application of the industry.
