In view of the report / recommendation given by RO, if approved, fresh consent to operate
may be granted to the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act,
1974 for and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted up to 30.09.2027 for manufacturing of Packaged Mineral Water @ 23 KL/Day, Carbonated / Aerated Water (Non -Flavoured) @ 08 Kilo/Liters/Day and Carbonated / Aerated Water (Flavoured) @ 05 Kilo/Liter/Day by using Ground Water @ 45 KL/Day, Carbon Dioxide Gas @ 130 KL/Day
and Sugar @ 500 Kgs/Day subject to General conditions and additional conditions with one of the additional condition that the industry shall be bound to comply with the provision of section 79 of the PRTPD Act,1995 i.e. shall be bound to shift its unit to designated zone if it comes under non-designated zone while finalizing the Master plan of the area of the existing site of the industry.
