Now, the industry has applied for varied ‘Consent to Operate’ under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Suspension Fork @ 800 Number/Day, Engine Guard @ 4500 Number/Day, Handle Bar @ 2500 Number/Day, Pedal Gear @ 3500 Number/Day, Saree Guard @ 3000 Number/Day, Step Pillon @ 3000 Number/Day by using Aluminium Strip @ 390 Kgs/Day, PIN @ 1200 Number/Day, Teletube @ 800 Number/Day, Washer@800 Number/Day, Spring @ 1600 Number/Day. Bolt @ 1600 Number/Day, Hex Nut @ 800 Number/Day, Steam Tube Cap @ 800 Number/Day, ERW Pipe @ 7000 Kgs/Day, Stay @ 9500 Number/Day, HRCS Sheet @ 700 Number/Day.
The industry has deposited Rs. 144000/- vide UTR no. AXISP00735268277 dated 30.10.2025 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 144000/- vide UTR no. AXISP00735268278 dated 30.10.2025 under Air Act, 1981. The fee deposited is adequate for 31.12.2030.
The industry was visited by an officer of this office on 23.12.2025 and observed as under:-
1. The industry was in operation during the visit and engaged in manufacturing of Suspension Fork, Engine Guard, Handle Bar, Pedal Gear, Saree Guard, Step Pillon.
2. The industry has installed 3 line for aluminum rim manufacturing. The industry is procuring pre surface treated/coated aluminum strips and it is being turned into aluminum rims by rolling, pinning and grinding.
3. The industry has installed two nos. welding lines and provided adequate hoods to suck the emissions generated from welding machines.
4. No water is being used in process, therefore no trade effluent will be generated.
5. Domestic effluent generated is 5 KLD which is being treated in Common STP of 50 KLD capacity installed by M/s HMC Hive Pvt. Ltd and discharged onto land for plantation after treatment through STP. The area of the green belt provided is 4.82 acres which is adequate. The industry has submitted analysis report of STP effluent sampling and it is found on perusal that the parameters are within prescribed limits of the Board.
6. Fresh water supply is also provided by M/s HMC Hive Pvt. Ltd.
Power backup is also provided by M/s HMC Hive Pvt. Ltd.
7. The industry has installed DG set of capacity 320 KVA with acoustic closure and adequate stack height.
8. The industry has submitted compliance report of the previous CTO in annotated form.
9. The competency of the case lies with CEE, PBIP.
In view of above, it is recommended that the Consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2030 with suitable terms and conditions, please.
