Please furnish specific comments on the site suitability of the subject industry with reference to the notified Master Plan of Ludhiana. The comments shall clearly indicate whether the location of the industry is permissible as per the applicable land use zoning and development control regulations of the Master Plan, and accordingly, whether Consent may be considered for grant or extension in the validity of consents for the period up to 30.06.2027 in conformity with the provisions and bye-laws of the Master Plan. |
