The project proponent has applied for CTE (Orange category) for a mixed-use commercial project. Major deficiencies/non-compliances observed:
• Approved layout mismatch: Restaurants, food court and entertainment zone not part of approved layout.
• STP/effluent management inadequate: Water demand norms for studio apartments underestimated; season-wise disposal not clarified; green area insufficient to utilize ~25 KLD treated effluent; no UF/RO proposed with dual plumbing.
• On-site violation during visit (22.12.2025): Only a collection tank provided (no treatment); wastewater from labour hutments being disposed to unknown location.
Thus, the proposal does not comply with Water & Air Acts and CPCB/PPCB norms.
So recommended as above please |
