Sir, it is submitted as under:-
The project was visited by undersigned on 02.12.2025 and during visit, one no. treated effluent sample was collected from the outlet of STP and same was sent to HO lab for analysis. As per analysis report received results are as under:- pH – 8.2 ,, TSS – 108 mg/l ,, TDS – 772 mg/l ,, COD – 89 mg/l ,, BOD – 22 mg/l ,, O & G – BDL mg/l . The parameters are within the standards prescribed by the Board.
From the above, the industry is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974.
Keeping in the view of above, it is recommended that the renewal consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the PP for operation of Multiplex & Shopping Mall (Commercial Project) developed in 4840 Sq yard for 600 persons upto 30.09.2030, subject to suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned in previous note pls……………………….
