Show cause notice for refusal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 has been issued to the project proponent alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer (B) on 07.01.2026. (Copy attached).
The application is hereby forwarded to convey regarding date, time & venue of hearing and also to send a copy of notice to the project proponent through whatsapp / email or through any other mode convenient to Regional Office well before the date of hearing.
