The application wasscrutinized and it had been observed that: 1. The water demand calculation given in the feasibility report is arithmetically incorrect. 2. There is a discrepancy in the capacity of the STP installed by the PP in the STP feasibility report and in the project report. 3. The layout plan attached by the Project Proponent is not legible. 4. The Project Proponent has proposed to install an STP based on a novel technology, namely Biopipe. The PP is requested to provide detailed information on this technology, specifically explaining how it will achieve the prescribed limits for COD, TSS, Fat, Oil, and Grease in the treated effluent. The PP shall also submit the relevant accreditation/certification for this technology and examples from other projects in where the proposed technology has been successfully implemented.
As the industry has failed to address the aforesaid clarifications, the application is returned hereby with a request to resubmit the same after addressing stated clarifications. |
