As discussed, It was observed that PP was granted NOC on 28.2.2014 for the development of residential area development project in an area of 8.95 acre land having 109 residential plot, 01 school, with validity upto 27.2.2015.
Now the PP has applied for obtaining fresh CTO of the board under Water Act,1974.
The ownership of all the three project has been registered under registrar of companies and (MoA) in the name of Grewal Construction Company Ltd. Therefore, there is no need to execute an agreement amongst the colonies to treat the domestic/ waste water in the common STP. Further the PP has commonly developed 6.2 acre land for the disposal of treated effluent, which is adequate.
If approved, it is recommended that CTO under Water Act,1974 be granted upto 31.12.2029 with suitable conditions.
