On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent and it was observed as under: 1. The project proponent has not submitted point wise reply of the observation raised on previous application on 11.12.2025. 2. The project proponent has not submitted analysis report of effluent sample collected from outlet of ETP cum STP carried out by Board’s approved lab. 3. The project proponent needs to apply under new categorization as approved by CPCB vide orange category [Type of Category HEALTH CARE FACILITIES vide no. 3.5 (51 to 200 bedded HCFs)].
Thereafter, the HCF was requested to submit the reply to the clarification. However, the HCF has not submitted reply to the clarification till date. As such, the application is returned back being incomplete with the request to resubmit the same after attending above said observations. |
