It is intimated that industry is a Small Scale and Orange Category(cattle feed) unit earlier granted consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 valid upto 27.09.2030 through auto renewal mode & under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which was expired on 30/09/2025. Now, the industry has updated its machinery and the industry has installed baby boiler of capacity @ 500 kg. . 6. It has submitted the copy of CLU vide no. 2280 STP (L)TW-12A dated 16.06.2011. The site falls in mixed Land Use along the road front (Commercial mix) as per Master Plan, Khanna (2010-31).
RO may be asked to comment upon the APCD provided with boiler and grinder section to contain air emissions and on the site suitability as per Master Plan, Khanna please.
