It is submitted the point wise reply of the observations raised by the Competent Authority as under:-
1. The hotel was provided plantation area @ 0.2 acre (830.3 sqm), which is adequate for discharge of effluent @ 8 KLD.
2. As per record the hotel has submitted CLU vide memo no. 3849/CTP(Pb)SP-432-L dated 05.08.2016 of area 0.323 acre (Khasra no. 38//4/2 (6-4), 7/1(1-2)). As per CLU the site is for industrial Pupose (Hotel).
3. The hotel has now installed engery meter and flow meter on the STP and was adviced to the maintain the proper record of consumption and discharge of treated waste water. No previous record of waste water was present as the hotel was not in operation due to disconnection of electric supply.
