It is submitted that the clarification was raised on the application on dated 22.12.2025 which it is reproduced as under:-
1. The project proponent has not submitted capacity of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) installed at the service station.
2. The hospital has not furnished details of the land proposed for discharge of effluent, nor has it submitted the relevant land ownership documents.
However, the project proponent has only submitted a feasibility report after removal of the clarification remarks and has failed to submit a point-wise reply to the above-mentioned clarifications.
In view of the above, the application is hereby returned as incomplete, with a request to resubmit the same after duly attending to all the observations and submitting the requisite information/documents in a point-wise manner.
