After perusal the report submitted by the RO, it was observed that PROPOSED site is situated within Nagar Panchayat , Dirba and layout plan is approved by the Senior Town Planner
Local Govt. Dept. Punjab, HQ-Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar. There is no air polluting unit is situated within 100 mtr of the site .Hence, the site is suitable. The proposed site is complying with govt notification dated2009.The project is not covered under the ambit of EIA notification dated14.9.2006.
If approved, it is recommended that Consent to establish (NOC) may be granted for commercial project having Commercial Shops @ 53 number in an area of 1.34 Acres for 02 years with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special condition.
