The industry was given personal hearing before the SEE, Zonal Office-1, Ludhiana on 03.12.2025 to the industry situated at plot no. 1228/27-A/1, Dhandari Kalan, Industrial area-C, Ludhiana, wherein, it was decided that the Environmental Engineer, Regional Office-2, Ludhiana shall visit the industry to verify the contentions made by the industry and send report alongwith recommendations to take further action in the matter.
Earlier, the said unit was operating at plot no. 1228/27-A/1, Dhandari Kalan, Industrial area-C, Ludhiana and now it has shifted its unit to new location i.e. plot no. 1228/26-A/1, Dhandari Kalan, Industrial Area-C, Ludhiana on 01.11.2025.
Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974.
The industry was visited by RO on 02.12.2025 and found it complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The industry is located in Industrial zone as per Master Plan (2010-2031) of Ludhiana. The industry has submitted building plan prepared by approved Architect from Director of Factories, Punjab.
In view of the above, may if approved consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.06.2029, please. (Competency - SEE)
