May if approved, 1. Consent be granted for three months for dyeing of all type of fabrics (polyester /pc/cotton) @ 3.3 TPD along with discharge of trade effluent & domestic effluent @ 150 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD with the conditions as proposed by RO alongwith additional condition that this consent is granted subject to the decision of the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal in the appeal cases filed by the CETPs of 50 MLD, 40MLD and 15 MLD or in the Original Applications filed against the said CETPs.............2. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 be issued to the PSPCL Authorities for restoration of electric connection for three months.
