Kindly peruse the note history of the consent case(26863404 copy attached)...........The stack emission sampling of the industry was carried out by the Board on 17.09.2025 as per which the concentration of particulate matter was 390 mg/nm3, which was beyond the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board........... Accordingly, RO was asked to return the said application and put up the case for disconnection u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981. ..............Despite that RO has recommended the case for grant of consent and restoration......... As such, recommended that the consent may be returned and RO to pursue the disconnection as per the
directions issued u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981.
