The application of the project proponent was scrutinized, and it is observed as under:
1. The project proponent was granted fresh ‘consent to establish’ (NOC). Now, the industry has applied for obtaining Fresh ‘consent to establish’ (NOC), but has not submitted the details as to why they are applying for Fresh ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) again.
2. The project proponent has applied fresh ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) under the category “ORANGE / 2097-Infrastructure development projects not covered under EIA notification.”, which is not in order. The industry is requested to apply in the new category of “10.1 Building construction project ≥ 20,000 sq. m. built-up area”.
Please clarify within 03 days.
