in view of the above, the CTO applied by the industry is principally approved for a period of three months with special conditions proposed by EEZO, and consent is granted subject to the decision of the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal in the appeal cases filed by the CETPs of 50 MLD, 40MLD and 15 MLD or in the Original Applications filed against the said CETPs. And BG two lacs deposited by the industry may be encashed. EERO to visit the industry immediately to monitor the performance of APCD/Stack. Further, the EERO may explain its position as to why the decision recorded in Application No. 26863404 was neither complied with nor was any further action processed to decide the Bank Guarantee (BG).The scrutiny was not completed within the stipulated 48 hours..........
