Kindly peruse the note/report sent by EE, RO, Patiala.
RO is required to clarify regarding following:
1. As per the agenda note, the project proponent has proposed to install septic tank for treatment of domestic effluence to be generated from the project. However, as per the prevailing guidelines, the hotel/ restaurant is required to provide STP at the site for treatment of domestic effluence to be generated from the project. RO is required to clarify regarding the same.
2. RO is required to clarify as to whether there is any air polluting industry within the radius of hundred metre from the proposed site of the project, or not?
3. RO is required to mention the total built-up area of the project.
As such, if approved. the application may be sent back to the regional office, with the request to clarify regarding the above-mentioned observations, within 02 days.
