The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed that the industry has not submitted latest C.A. certificate alongwith its application in absence of latest C.A certificate adequacy of fee cannot be calculated. The industry has not deposited consent fee with application. The industry was given personal hearing before the Chief Environmental Engineer, Ludhiana on 22.10.2024, the industry is required to submit the compliance of hearing decisions. Accordingly, a clarification was raised to the industry on 24.12.2025 to submit the above said documents within 2 days. But the industry has not submitted reply of clarification till date. So incomplete application cannot be processed and is hereby returned with request to resubmit the same with complete documents. |
