The report submitted by the regional was examined , it is observed that the concerned AEE has not submitted the compliance as per office order no.428 dated 23.09.2025 for procedure for processing cases for restoration of ectric connection , Also water auditing report of last 04 months of industry has not been submitted , Also the electric connection of industry was restored only upto 07.08.2025 and its compliance has not been done yet. if approved the application be returned to regional office to submit comprehensive report as per the Board's policy. |
