Discussed. The industry has submitted the certificate issued by DTP, Ludhiana vide letter no. 1933 dated 15.07.2025 stated that ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੋਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਕਾ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਾਈਟ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਤ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ (2007-31) ਦੀਆਂ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਜੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਜੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਇਕਾਈਆਂ ਆਗਿਆਯੋਗ ਹਨ।
It is recommended that Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2032 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.
