Sir, the pointwise reply of the observation raised by Competent Authority of the Board is as under:
1. As per the approved building plan saleable area of commercial plots including hotel is 5741.69 sq yards, total saleable area residential area is 56264 sq yards and area reserved for EWS is 6045 sq yards hence the entire saleable area is 68050 sq yards = 56898.5 sq meter. Hence total built up area of entire saleable area is 56898.5X2.1=119486.85 sq meter, which is less than 1,50,000 sq meter. Hence, is not covered under EIA notification 2006.
2. The average discharge of the colony as per the record maintained by the PP is about 20-22 KLD.
3. As per the record maintained by the PP the average discharge for plantation is 15 KLD and for dual plumbing is about 6 KLD.
4. The PP is complying with the special conditions imposed while granting NOC to it.
Keeping in view of above it is recommended that partial consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the Residential colony in the name of 'Ananda City' for operation of 25 no. Residential Plots and 15 no. Commercial Plots against the 206 no. Residential Plots, 26 no. Commercial Plots, 55 no. EWS Plots & 01 no. Hotel due to less occupancy for disposal of domestic effluent @ 15 KLD reused for flushing through dual plumbing after treatment in STP and @ 30 KLD discharged onto land for gardening on green area after treatment in STP, for a period upto 30.09.2030 with suitable conditions and special condition that:-
1. The colony shall operate its STP regularly and shall maintain record regarding utilization of treated effluent for flushing as well as gardening.
2. The PP shall make additional arrangement for disposal of treated effluent if the occupancy increases from the consented occupancy.
