Sir, it is submitted that the industry did not submit a reply to the Show Cause Notice (SCN) for refusal of Consent to Establish (CTE), issued vide letter No. 1587 dated 13.11.2025, in respect of the earlier CTE application. It is further submitted that the industry is required to deposit the NOC fee for a further period of one year, as the industry has already commenced construction work of its industrial building from the first week of January, 2025 and also required to submit the reply of above said show cause notice.
If approved, the industry may be directed to clarify the above within 02 days, after which the application may be considered accordingly. |
