On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 30.12.2025 with request to submit reply within 1 day.
1. Earlier, the project proponent had obtained Consent to operate and submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 84.26 lakh. Now, the project proponent has applied for varied Consent to operate and submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 82.89 lakh. The project proponent needs to clarify reason for decrease in fixed assets of plant & machinery cost. 2. The project has carried out expansion in the production. Hence, the project proponent needs to submit land suitability certificate from DTP. 3. The fixed assets and the plant and machinery cost mentioned in the application form and in the CA certificate is contradictory.
No reply received from the industry till date. Hence, the application of the industry is returned. |
