The application was scrutinized on 25.12.2025 and it was observed that the BKO has not submitted the building plan reapproved from Director of Factories, Punjab in compliance to the previous consent condition under the Air Act, 1981. However, the BKO has failed to submit the reply of the observation after affording adequate time period. As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and is hereby returned with request to resubmit the application after attending the above said observations. |
