| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted the proof/building plans approved by the Competent Authority including two different complexes of the workshop in compliance to the hearing decision dated 15.12.2023.
2. The industry has applied under wrong category as it has installed a saw machine. As such, the industry is required to apply under category code no. 164- Saw Mills.
3. As per the record, the industry was granted NOC for establishment of the unit in the total land area of 5 Kanal. However, the industry has added additional land as per the latest CA certificate submitted. As such, the industry is required to submit the detail of additional land alongwith land documents such as sale deed, etc. as well as classification of the said land.
4. The industry is required to submit the latest CA certificate mentioning the total value of fixed assets as on 31.03.2025 to adjudge the adequacy of consent fee.
5. The industry has not submitted the manufacturing process flow chart.
As such, the industry is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
