It is submitted that the industry is engaged in bolt manufacturing involving electroplating process and established the unit without obtaining consent to establish of the Board. Further, the industry is covered under the ambit of first schedule of Factories Act, 1948 but the industry has not obtained SAC approval………………….
Keeping in view of above and recommendations of RO, if approved, show cause notice for refusal of consents to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry alongwith opportunity of personal hearing at ZO level, please......
