However, as per the revised categorization of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), building and construction projects having a built-up area of ≥ 20,000 sq. m fall under the Orange Category. Further, the mall has not submitted the analysis reports of effluent and emissions from the Board/approved laboratory and the mall has not filled detail regarding Wastewater Disposal in the application form.
