RO has recommended that the industry has not submitted any reply of SCN issued by the Board vide letter No. 1587 dated 13.11.2025 and further RO is not having any option to raise the clarification for depositing the adequate CTE fee and has recommended to raise the clarification at ZO level.
If approved, clarification be raised at ZO level to the industry to deposit the fee for another one year and after the depositing of CTE fee, RO be asked to re-examine the case w.r.t. compliance of the SCN issued to the industry earlier i.e. as to whether the industry has complied with the contents of SCN and submit the fresh recommendations, accordingly, pl. |
