RO is required to clarify regarding following points:
1. In the last CTOs granted to the hospital the total land area of the hospital was given as 8808.70 sqm and built-up area as 10119.50 sqm; whereas in the present application for CTE Exp it has mentioned its total land area as 29363.19 sqm and built-up area as 13935 sqm. Therefore, it is clear that the HCF is carrying out expansion in land premises. RO is required to clarify regarding the same…
2. RO has not mentioned any details regarding suitability of site for the said additional land pocket, such classification of land use as per the prevailing Master Plan of the Area from the DTP, Patiala.
3. As per the the feasibility report attached with online application, the water requirement per bed has been taken as 340 ltr/bed/day which is not correct; as for HCF with more than 100 bedded facility, it is taken as 450 ltr/bed/day instead of the 340 ltr/bed/day taken in the report.
4. RO is required to give complete calculations regarding water consumption, wastewater generation, treated wastewater recycling, and disposal arrangements by the pp.
5. . RO has mentioned that The treated effluent is being utilized onto plantation area developed as per Karnal technology in approx. 1.5 acres land pocket near the hospital premises taken on lease… RO is required to give details of this lease land..
6. RO is required to mention the details of generation of biodegradable and non-biodegradable solid waste and the disposal mechanism to be adopted for the same. Further, if the non-biodegradable solid waste shall be disposed through Govt. Approved agency/ MC. The project proponent is required to intimate if it has executed any agreement with any such agency/ MC for the same.
As such, if approved. the application may be sent back to the regional office, with the request to clarify regarding the above-mentioned observations, within 02 days.
