While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:
1. Earlier, the project proponent has obtained renewal of consent to operate for Potato minitubers @10000000 Nmber/Year. However, now the project proponent has increased the production capacity of Potato Minituber Seed @36000000 Nmber/Year. Therefore, if there is increase the capacity of production, the project proponent needs to obtain varied consent to operate from the Board.

However, the project proponent has earlier obtained renewal of consent to operate for the Total cost of the industry/project as Rs. 2174 Lacs. The project proponent needs to clarify regarding the increase in the total cost of the industry/project.
5. In the application form, the project proponent has submitted the Total cost of the industry/project as Rs. 2710 Lacs. However, the project proponent has submitted a CA certificate of Rs. 48.03 lacs as on 31.03.2025. The project proponent needs to clarify regarding the same.
6. The project proponent needs to submit the compliance report of the project in the valid format.
Therefore, the project proponent needs to submit reply to the above-mentioned clarifications within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
