While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not filled any details in PART-B: TECHNICAL INFORMATION(GENERAL) such as Raw Material & Chemicals Details, Production Detail, Solid Waste Generation Details etc for which renewal of consent to operate needs to be obtained.
2. The project proponent has not filled any details in PART-D: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER AIR ACT,1981 such as no.of boilers, DG sets etc.
3. The project proponent has not filled complete details in the application form.
Therefore, the project proponent needs to submit reply to the above-mentioned clarifications within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
