After perusal the report given by the RO, it was observed that the industry has proposed for setting up of induction furnace of capacity @1 TPD and submitted design from the PSSTE of induction furnace of capacity 125 kg/heat for the production of CI casting@01 TPD.The site is situated in industrial area as per the notified master plan Malerkotla.
If approved, it is recommended that industry may be granted NOC for establishment of a unit for manufacturing of CI Casting@ 1.0 MT/day by using CI Scrap @ 1.0 T/day as raw material for one year with suitable conditions as per Policy of the Board.
