The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit has increased the number of birds from 50,000 Nos/day to 70,000 Nos/day. As such, the unit is required to clarify whether any new shed has been constructed for increasing the number of birds.
2. The unit is required to apply for varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 due to increase in number of birds as well as production of poultry feed.
3. The unit has applied under wrong category. As such, the unit is required to apply under category code 133 - Poultry, piggery, and hatchery as per the CPCB new categorization.
4. The unit had earlier submitted the CA certificate amounting to Rs. 78.31 lacs; however, it has now submitted the CA certificate amounting to Rs. 48.31 lacs only. As such, the unit is required to submit the CA certificate without providing depreciation.
5. As per the detail mentioned in the application form, the unit has started the production of poultry feed within the premises. Therefore, the unit is required to submit documentary proof regarding the date of commencement of poultry feed production, along with the details of the machinery installed for the said activity.
6. The unit is required to submit the revised layout plan of the unit.
As such, the unit is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
