It is submitted that Point wise submission W.R.T observation raised by the ZO is the following:-
1. APCD:.....The HMP is Batch type Hot Mix plant and has installed Mutli-cylones followed by Bag Filter as APCD.
2. SITING GUIDELINE: The industry has also attached the Tehsildar, Maur report vide No. 788 dated 17.08.2023 (attached alongwith), wherein, it has intimated regarding the various distances of the unit in Village Dade, Tehsil Maur, District Bathinda. As per the report-
“It is certified that Khasra no.
316/1(1-0), 317(8-7), 313/1(13-4),
314/1(1-0) total land 24 Kanals 1 Marlas village Dade Tehsil Maur District where in hot mix plant is proceed to be established
The relevant extract is reproduced as under:-
a) 2 km outside A town and Cities Limits and 1 km outside other town and cities Limits
b) 500 Meter outside from National Highway and
c) 300 meter outside from State Highway/Scheduled Road
d) 300 meter outside from Education Institutes, Historical Places and protected monuments.
The site was also visited by the officer of this office on dated 19.12.2025, whereby it was observed that the HMP is situated at :-
(a) 1 Km Outside from boundary of cities and towns;
(b) 0.5 km Outside from habitation;
(c) 0.2 km outside from National or State Highways ( from Centre Line);
(d) 0.5 km Outside from Schools or Colleges and temples;
(e) 1 km Outside from Hospital, court and tourist spot.
..............As such, the HMP is complying with the citing criteria..........................3. BUILDING PLAN:- The Industry submitted that there is no building in the premises of HMP, only machinery is Installed. Accordingly Industry submitted Building map/Site Plan signed by Competent Person/ Chartered Engineer.
