In consideration of the report/ recommendations of RO; if approved, the Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for 6 months for operation of the unit and for obtaining permission under Rule 6 and Rule 9 of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as well as conditions proposed by RO.
