| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent needs to submit the adequate population details as per the national building code 2016,
2. The project proponent needs to clarify regarding the mode of disposal, i.e, Treated wastewater will be used for developing green area and excess will be stored in a storage tank/ Trunk sewer. Also, the project proponent needs to clarify how much area is to be developed as per green area.
3. The project proponent has proposed that excess wastewater will be stored in a storage tank/ Trunk sewer. However, no such proposal for storage of wastewater is acceptable. The project proponent needs to propose alter mode of disposal.
Therefore, the project proponent needs to submit reply to the above mentioned clarifications within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
