The application of the industry has been scrtuinized and observed that the industry is required to submit revised building plan approved from competent authority of Director of Factories with details of total area of land in SQM and total built up area of industry in SQM after merger of M/s Ess Ess Forgings, (R17LDH25430268) G.T. Road, Behind Raja Vanaspati, Jugiana, Ludhiana with the applicant industry. The industry is also required to apply for the authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 within 2 days. |
