It is submitted that:-
1. The site falls in designated industrial land use zone of Master Plan Malerkotla as per the report of District Town Planner, Sangrur. As per the Board's policy dated 30.04.2013, the site is suitable for its establishment. Further, as the site falls in designated industrial zone, therefore site clearance u/s schedule-i of Factories Act, 1948 please.......
2. Sir, a meeting has been taken with AEEs/JEEs today and strict directions have been given to them to process the applications properly by mentioning all the facts of the case on record before sending the application from their OCMMS accounts please....
