It is submitted that the report for distances from the concerned revenue authority vide SDM west letter No. 4094 dated 04.09.2025 is attached herewith. The site was visited by undersigned and observed that the site is located more than 100m radius from the Lal lakeer/firni of the nearest village and also there is no residential area/houses within its 100m radius.
There area 02 RMC plants located within its 100M radius. Hence the site is suitable for this RMC plant.
Further the PP vide its letter dated 02.01.2025 has informed that earlier the name of our RMC plant was proposed as M/s PCC & Co. Now the actual name of this unit is to M/s RDC Concrete India Pvt Ltd. There is no change in the land and it is the same unit for which the area classification letter from DTP, Ludhiana vide letter No. 1323 dated 31.05.2022 has been obtained.
In view of the above it is recommended that Consent to operate be granted to the unit, please.
