The industry was raised on the clarification on dated 01.01.2026 which it is reproduced as under: -
On scrutiny of the case, it has been observed that the mall has applied under the Red Category. However, as per the revised categorization of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), building and construction projects having a built-up area of ≥ 20,000 sq. m fall under the Orange Category. Further, the mall has not submitted the analysis reports of effluent and emissions from the Board/approved laboratory and the mall has not filled detail regarding Wastewater Disposal in the application form. Clarify within 01 day
But till date no reply has been received in this office.
Application is hereby returned as incomplete with request to resubmit the application with above said observations please.
