In consideration of the report/ recommendation sent by Regional Office, if approved, the consent to establish (NOC) under the the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, for establishment of a Residential colony comprising of 98 no. affordable housing plots, EWS Plots having 15 nos, Commercial plots @ 12 no., and Community Centre in a total area of 24192 sq. mtr. i.e. (4.99 acres), be granted to the project proponent for one year subject to suitable general and additional conditions as well as additional conditions as proposed in the note of RO.
