| Clarification Note: | Sir In reference to above, it is submitted that: 1) That the industry has not made any change in the building or placing of machinery & no new machinery has been added. Both are family concern. Due to death of Father, the firm merged into M/S P. K. Enterprises. So new site plan not required as building & placing of machinery & operation is same. Nothing changed only firm merged after the death of Father. 2) That the industry already uploaded the Addendum to the agreement of earlier lease dated 06.04.2024.
