.......... The scrutiny has been completed by the AEE after a delay of eight days, instead of the prescribed 48 hours, despite clear directions and prior warnings issued by higher authorities to all officers that scrutiny must be completed strictly within the stipulated 48-hour timeframe.
Concerned AEE, be explain its position on why scrutiny has not been completed within the stipulated period prescribed by the Board.
