1....Despite clear instructions from Chairperson that large scale units are to be visited by EE, JEE was assigned the job to visit not to only large but the most critical category of unit....Call explanation of RO and issue fresh return instructions to ROs in this respect....No large /medium scale case to be marked to JEE in future
2.....We always say that condition may be imposed for compliance of SOP....For years we are doing it, why this compliance being not checked at the time of grant of Consent..........
3....The industry has obtained EC for 20 TPH which is covered under EC.....But it has installed 10 TPH furnace.......which is not covered under EC.................Whether EC has been surrendered ..........
4...SEE ZO to certify that industry has complied with Board OM dated 8.10.2025 with respect to secondary emissions in totality including vetting of proposal from PSCST and deposit of advance payments to vendor company for execution of project . If not than on what ground RO/ZO are recommending cases.....
I have multiple charges and works. Therefore EE RO/ ZO to scrutinize the cases thoroughly before sending to me, otherwise they will be held responsible for lapses |
